Hasina has worked across a variety of private industries. She has vast experience providing supervision for team collaboration, managing multiple simultaneous projects, and leading design teams.

With a true passion for research and innovation, she enthusiastically brings her experiences and skills to serve Marcu Laboratory. She assists in policy and project planning, evaluation, development, administration, management, and implementation through sustainable and scalable solutions. She coordinates and improves processes to maximize efficiency and streamline cross-functional collaboration in an organized approach between the project team and partners.

She forges meaningful relationships and empowers the team members with empathy to drive results with the ability to handle tight deadlines calmly and seamlessly juggle numerous projects.

Outside of work, volunteering is an integral part of her life as she enjoys helping others and giving back. She serves as a board member of HEART of Davis to assist people experiencing homelessness in the Davis community to obtain shelter, housing, and supportive services.
